Greetings All. I am sharing a recent Baltimore Sunpaper OpEd authored by Dr. Howard Henderson, Dr. Dorothy Dillard, and myself that centers on our collaborative multi-city gun violence research project supported by the National Collaborative on Gun Violence Research and The Thurgood Marshall College Fund. The main research aim centered on understanding why young Black males possess firearms in our respective communities. In our discussion, we discuss the importance of capturing the lived experience of the men who participated in the study.
